Everything on this site, including service descriptions, project timelines, planner results and tips, is general information meant to help you plan. It is not a quote, a bid, a guarantee or professional advice for your specific home. Every home is different, and nothing on the site is a substitute for an in-person walkthrough.
Estimates and contracts
Sending a quote request or Project Planner does not create a contract or obligate either of us to anything. Prices, scope, schedules, payment terms and warranties for your project are set only in a written estimate or contract signed by you and Sterneberg Construction LLC. If anything on this site conflicts with that written agreement, the written agreement controls.
Warranty
References to our workmanship warranty on this site are a summary only. The exact warranty terms for your project are the ones stated in your written estimate or contract.
Photos and content
The photos, text, logo and design on this site belong to Sterneberg Construction LLC. You're welcome to share links to our pages, but please don't copy or reuse our photos or content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Project photos show our own work; actual results depend on each home, the materials chosen and site conditions.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site. That includes sending spam or false information through our forms, trying to break into or disrupt the site, or using automated tools to copy it.
Information you send us
